Un trekking di due giorni nell'Appennino Tosco Emiliano, easy "bucks" through the woods and valleys, the ridge on the border between Tuscany and Emilia, with blueberry heaths that comforts us during the "journey".
The woods at this time takes on the warm colors of the palette, and are filled with scents of wild berries full of mushrooms and other plants.
The ridges rising to the crest of the mountain views and make you relax more 'pleasant excursion with the typical peak wind that cools the "fatigue".
Beautiful walking at high altitude, and the crossing of beech with forms and extraordinary twists of roots, trunks and branches, so that sometimes it is hard to understand where they are up and down ........ ..
Our trek starts at Step of Pradarena (mt.1575) taking the path winding driveway that goes up on the hillside around it Asinara then share on the south side, continuing until you go down to the Pass of Comunella (mt.1599).
Col Comunella continue through the village 'of Paludetto (mt.1689), and always crossing at high altitude on the south side of Mount Sillano, here take the path going up the slope 00 that crosses the south-east of the source Monte (mt.1721) and rises to the crest of Mount Soraggio (mt.1680). At
Resorts' The Leek with the same name you cross the mountain and down the pitch Romecchio (mt.1680) where there is also the Oratory of St. Bartholomew.
Continuing along the path 633 leads to the Refuge Bargetana (mt.1740) located on the route of the GEA (Great Apennine Excursion), near the hut you can 'visit with a short walk Bargetana Lake, nestled in a rocky cirque glacial.
After a pleasant night at the shelter, our return on the other side takes place along the trail Glenda (created in the name of the girl who ran the shelter and that and 'death in a tragic accident, his work and his love for those Places are still present and carried out by family and friends).
And the tour continues back to the easy road and forest trails through the beech woods that lead us to our destination and that 'the country of Ligonchio. A long but easy hike

Bargetana in Appennino Tosco Emiliano In the first days of October and the woods are colored reflections of gold, from dusk till dawn and during the early hours of the morning you hear the bass sounds and that resonate deep in the forest far behind, and who does not recognize them can be a bit 'unsettling for their power, but the roars of male deer that call the females to show its strength with a "sound" that resonates valley rich in beech forests.
